As the Head of Accounts at DerbySoft Marketing Solutions, you will lead the charge in building and maintaining exceptional relationships with global hotel chains. You will serve as a strategic partner to each client—understanding their goals, driving innovation, and delivering measurable growth through our Hotel Management Platform and industry-leading metasearch and digital marketing technology. This role is critical in scaling our impact, owning key P&L responsibilities, and guiding a high-performing account management team that thrives on data, automation, and results.
You will be at the heart of the commercial and strategic growth of our clients digital direct business, working closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and publishers to ensure that client success is not only achieved—but accelerated.
