Role Purpose:
As the Head of Accounts Payable, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the AP function. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, building scalable processes, and leveraging systems like Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur to support company growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in AP, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing AP in a multi-entity, global environment.
  • Expert in Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a change management mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company’s accounts payable strategy in alignment with financial and operational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the AP team across multiple locations, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee systems integration and optimization, especially within Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur, to streamline P2P workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues or disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Provide leadership in AP transformation initiatives, including automation and global process harmonization.
  • Report to senior leadership on KPIs, risks, and strategic initiatives.
