As Head Of Acquisition you will lead the UK site acquisition team through our next phase of expansion. This is a senior leadership role focused on identifying, securing, and delivering high-quality sites aligned with our brand values, growth objectives, and customer demographic.
The position is responsible for the full acquisition lifecycle from market analysis and pipeline development to negotiating heads of terms and supporting planning applications.
The role is field/home based and will require extensive travel within the UK along with occasional travel to Europe.

About you:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in property acquisition or real estate development, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, retail, or health & wellness sectors
  • Inspirational individual who can work remotely across a large geographic area and lead a team of professionals; significant leadership and people management experience is desirable for this role
  • Strong deal-making and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing high-value sites in competitive markets
  • Excellent understanding of planning processes, commercial lease structures, and site viability metrics
  • Full UK driving licence
