Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Head of acquisition Marketing to join our team!
Your role will be to lead the new member acquisition marketing plans for all 105 clubs across UK and IR, working with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Operations. You will develop national marketing campaigns to build long term brand equity across the UK market and short-term lead generation to support in month sales targets.
Your role will involve managing an in-house design team, to support creative needs across the business, and oversee our creative asset library, managing photo/video shoots to fill gaps and seek new ways to generate demand and encourage a test and learn culture within your team.

About you:

  • At least 5 years marketing experience covering marketing strategy and campaign execution in a multi-site customer facing business.
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience delivering strong creative campaigns aligned to brand identity and customer needs
  • Proven experience planning and executing campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, Social, Search and E-mail. Assessing performance and enhancing accordingly.
  • Numerical and analytical skills; ability to forecast, interrogate campaign performance
