Head of Activation - Aesop (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
I am the HEAD OF ACTIVATION, and I am responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for the brand and ensuring its execution in partnership with the brand & commercial team. I work closely with the product and marketing team to deliver the strongest campaigns execution. I work closely with the commercial, finance and RGM teams to influence and monitor sell out and P&L GTN. Solely responsible for the wholesale and amenity channels performance, I also support performance optimisation in our retail business through the work of the Business Analyst in my team. I work closely with the L’Oréal Luxe commercial team on key retailer collaborations, owning the account management responsibilities for smaller distributors and amenity partners.
