As Head of Active Fixed Income Product, you’ll lead the development and management of our Active Fixed Income product range, collaborating across the business to shape strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes. What you’ll be doing: Leading the design and delivery of new Active Fixed Income products across multiple vehicles Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including launches, amendments and closures Driving product governance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope Reviewing product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Providing technical expertise on product structures, regulation and market positioning Building strong internal and external relationships to support product strategy Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Degree qualified or equivalent, with IMC, CFA or CAIA highly desirable Strong knowledge of Active Fixed Income strategies and global asset management Proven experience in product development, strategy and lifecycle management Deep understanding of pooled product structures and regulatory frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture Strong project management skills with attention to detail and risk awareness Commercial mindset with ability to align product initiatives to business goals Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
