Job Description
Trainline Advertising’s vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect rail and coach travellers with advertisers at the right moments. Trainline Advertising will enable advertisers to engage with our customers through the entire marketing funnel - from awareness through to purchase and loyalty.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Ad Sales as a founding member of our emerging Advertising team. As the Head of Ad Sales & Account Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to hit our direct advertising revenue targets across our EU markets (France, Italy, Spain & Germany).
You will do this by building and developing relationships with rail & coach suppliers, non-endemic advertisers, and agencies across European markets (FR, IT, ES and DE). You will work cross-functionally to ensure that our product roadmap is fit for purpose for building out a best-in-class customer and advertiser experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ad sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
