ABOUT THE ROLE
Cognita, in partnership with Brighton College, is seeking an experienced, strategic and visionary Head of Admissions and Marketing to lead the continued growth and reputation of Brighton College (Singapore) as one of the region’s most sought-after British international schools.
This is a pivotal opportunity for a high-performing leader to shape and deliver an ambitious marketing and admissions strategy that supports the school’s enrolment goals and brand positioning. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leading integrated marketing and admissions functions—ideally within a premium education or service sector—combined with exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of brand development, customer engagement and market trends. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong alignment with the Brighton College values and possess the creativity and influence to drive campaigns that resonate with both local and international families. A collaborative spirit and an ability to work closely with academic and operational leaders is essential.
The Head of Admissions and Marketing will be responsible for the strategic alignment of marketing and admissions activities with whole-school priorities, ensuring messaging consistency across all platforms and channels. This role will also maintain close collaboration with Brighton College UK to uphold brand integrity and will play a key role in engaging the wider school community, including staff and families.
Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the Head of School, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, own the delivery of enrolment targets and contribute to the broader school strategy and growth agenda.
