  • Provide product & engineering leadership over globally owned AdTech and consumer 360 platforms.
  • AdTech including governance, best practices, and technical platforms and capabilities.
  • Consumer data including CDP (data platform), identity, enrichment, preference center, taxonomy.
  • Measurement, dashboarding, event tagging, and analytics products and capabilities.
  • Engineering including technical design and architecture, delivery capacity, and run.

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES / QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12+ years in designing and delivering related marketing business capabilities through technology and related governance.
  • 5+ years in Agile or SAFE operating models, driving growth, change, and maturity of cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities: Dissecting complex challenges, crafting visionary strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making and achieve impactful outcomes.
  • Business leadership experience with technical systems and operations, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, and consumer-first design-thinking mindset.
  • Operate as a change agent at multiple levels of an organization with outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels.
