REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a senior advertising role, preferably as a Head of Advertising, Advertising Director, or similar.
  • Strong background in ad campaign management, creative production, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and managing KPIs for advertising initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and grow talent.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, etc.).
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement techniques.
