Description

We are seeking a Head of Affiliates to join our team on a fixed-term basis as Maternity Cover.
In this leadership position, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of our retail clients, while managing and owning development of a small team of affiliate specialists.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our affiliate offering; driving innovation, delivering excellence across a global portfolio of network accounts and contributing to the commercial growth of a profitable department at Vervaunt.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record and relationships with global affiliate networks such as Awin, CJ Affiliate and Rakuten.
  • Experience in line management, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities, driving profitability and scaling department performance.
  • Broader knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and the strategic role affiliate plays within it.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
