Responsibilities: Lead CIS affiliate strategy with focus on rebuilding trust and expanding site/social/influencer presence. Manage and grow CIS affiliate portfolio, ensuring high-quality support and engagement. Oversee regional sales and account management teams, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Optimize revenue performance through improved reporting, decision-making, and onboarding. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product, marketing, finance, and compliance efforts. Identify risks and mitigate potential losses in contracts, payouts, or operational processes. Provide regular leadership updates on progress toward growth and profitability targets. Requirements: Extensive experience in affiliate/digital marketing within CIS markets. Strong local network and understanding of regional business dynamics. Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams. Data-driven decision-making with focus on efficiency and growth. Fluency in Russian and English is required.
