Location: Remote or Hybrid (Malta-based) About the Role Our Client is launching a new brand and building our growth engine from zero. This is a build-from-scratch leadership role. As Head of Affiliates, you will own the full affiliate strategy and execution from day one. You will design, launch, and scale the affiliate program end-to-end, with full accountability for performance. This includes partner acquisition, relationship management, commercial negotiations, performance optimization, and long-term strategic growth. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and commercial ownership, you will work directly under the direction of the COO and play a key role in shaping the company’s overall growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Own and build the affiliate channel from the ground up, including strategy, execution, and performance Recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliate partners globally Leverage your existing affiliate network to generate early traction and sustainable growth Lead commercial negotiations, commission models, and bespoke partner agreements Manage, optimize, and scale affiliate performance using MyAffiliates / My Affiliate tools Define, monitor, and optimize key KPIs including CPA, ROI, LTV, and volume growth Identify new growth opportunities across markets, traffic sources, and partner types Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Leadership teams to align acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies Liaise with the CRM team to ensure acquisition efforts are aligned with player lifecycle and value Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and platform guidelines Continuously test, iterate, and refine strategies in a fast-moving startup environment Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of proven experience in online casino affiliate management, operating at mid-senior or senior level Demonstrated experience owning and scaling affiliate programs, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment Strong proficiency with My Affiliate / MyAffiliates platforms Advanced working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, forecasting, and analysis Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong advantage Strong leadership presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced negotiation skills with a strong commercial and strategic mindset Established and active network of high-performing affiliate partners Proven ability to deliver measurable growth and optimize performance at scale Additional Key Skills Strategic leadership mindset combined with hands-on execution Highly data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills Deep understanding of affiliate traffic models, partner economics, and deal structures Ability to set priorities, define roadmaps, and execute in a startup environment Entrepreneurial mindset with full ownership and accountability Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating with ambiguity What is Offered Ownership of a core growth channel from brand launch onward High autonomy and direct influence on company strategy Close collaboration with senior leadership and the COO High-impact role in a fast-growing startup environment Competitive compensation with a performance-driven variable structure aligned with seniority and experience Conference & travel budget
