THE ROLE

Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, we are looking to recruit a Head of AI & Digital Innovation who will be accountable for:

• Leading our AI & digital transformation programme over the next 5-10 years
• Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to assess current business intelligence systems, implement, and scale intelligence systems to enhance our operations, improve efficiencies and drive customer loyalty.
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks in the supply chain, sustainability, and service.
• Crafting emotionally intelligent, high-touch customer experiences, both digital and in-person.
• Supporting community and partnership activation through data-driven storytelling.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO BE:

• Fluent in emerging AI tools and business transformation technology systems & processes.
• Comfortable leading both strategic and hands-on implementation.
• Experienced in retail, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• Have an understanding of how to build systems that support emotion-led customer experiences.
• Motivated by craft, quality, and intentional design.
• A natural mentor and collaborator and comfortable working across multiple disciplines.
• At home in ambiguity and energised by experimentation.
• Have a track record in building and leading AI & digital transformation projects within a retail, hospitality or luxury brand business.
