In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for the further development and implementation of an international digital and AI transformation. You will drive innovative technologies, particularly generative AI initiatives, ensure their sustainable integration within the company, and act as a central interface between business, technology, and top management.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Direct influence on the AI ​​and transformation strategy of an international strategic leadership role with international reach and significant design options.

• A completed degree in economics, business analytics, business informatics, information technology or a comparable field of study; additionally, certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, Agile) and in digital transformation are desirable.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in leadership positions in internationally operating, data- or technology-driven companies. You have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and leading them through major transformation or change programs, ideally within an international corporate environment or in business development.
