About the Role

The Opportunity

You'll lead the integration of AI into how Puffy operates across the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll identify valuable opportunities, redesign workflows, build practical solutions, and drive sustained adoption. You'll lead the AI transformation function, own its portfolio and priorities, and direct delivery capacity within agreed budgets. You must be able to build useful solutions yourself, direct specialist delivery where needed, and equip teams to run the resulting workflows independently.

The Mandate

Your mandate is to improve quality, speed, capacity, and commercial performance across the business, while reducing dependence on manual work and central specialists.

The Problems You'll Own

• Primary: Turn AI capability into better business performance. Puffy already has a dedicated AI team building internal systems. Your challenge is to identify the highest-value opportunities across the business, simplify the underlying work, and deliver improvements whose value holds up after review, rework, and running costs.
• Secondary: Make improvements work independently of you. Successful implementations need clear ownership, sustained adoption, and reliable operation. Equip teams to identify opportunities, use and adapt proven workflows, and resolve routine issues without depending on you or a central specialist for every request.
