This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Americas Field Marketing based in the United States. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling the entire field marketing function across the Americas in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment. You will start by leading an established event marketing team and progressively expand the scope to include regional field marketing, ABM, partner marketing, and pipeline-driven demand generation. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring a strong player-coach mindset in a high-growth, build-as-you-go environment. You will work closely with Sales leadership to define territory strategy, accelerate opportunities, and directly influence revenue outcomes. As the function scales, you will shape operating models, team structure, and performance frameworks. This is a rare opportunity to build a best-in-class marketing engine from the ground up while operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise growth. \n Accountabilities Lead the development and scaling of the Americas field marketing organization, owning both strategic direction and hands-on execution in the early stages. Build, hire, and develop a high-performing field marketing team across regional, event, and demand generation functions. Lead the existing event marketing function, establishing clear processes, operating rhythms, and performance metrics. Own regional marketing strategy across events, ABM, partner marketing, executive engagement, and account-based programs. Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets across the Americas region. Partner closely with Sales leadership on territory planning, account strategy, opportunity acceleration, and revenue growth initiatives. Plan and execute high-impact field programs including industry events, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and customer engagement activities. Develop and optimize ABM programs targeting named enterprise accounts. Build and manage joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic technology and channel partners. Own regional budget allocation, ensuring investment decisions are aligned with pipeline impact and business priorities. Track performance, attribution, ROI, and pipeline contribution, continuously optimizing marketing effectiveness. Requirements This role requires a senior field marketing leader with strong execution ability, strategic thinking, and proven experience in high-growth B2B technology environments. 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5+ years in field, regional, demand generation, or event marketing leadership roles. Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing programs. Experience building, scaling, or leading marketing teams in fast-growing technology companies. Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity buyers and go-to-market motions (MDR, EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, or related domains preferred). Player-coach mindset with the ability to execute while simultaneously building and scaling a function. Strong alignment and partnership experience with Sales organizations and pipeline-driven environments. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, ABM tools, and marketing analytics/attribution frameworks. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple regions, stakeholders, and initiatives simultaneously. Strong bias for action and comfort operating in environments where processes are still evolving. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
