Responsibilities
  • Lead digital analytics strategy and reporting
  • Use data to inform and drive strategic decisions across the ecommerce and Amazon channels to optimize customer journeys and increase conversion rates
  • Lead the development of online dashboards and reports to track key metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders (in Looker mostly and as needed PowerBI)
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive channel reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue
  • Manage data collection and accuracy via GA4 event tagging and data-layer connections between various SaaS tools in the martech stack
  • Oversee analytics team and digital data governance
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your analyst & data science team and Digital leadership peers, ensuring they have the resources and expertise to succeed
  • Partner with IT and Digital teams to aggregate channel, media, customer and other data in our Azure data lake for use in Digital reporting
  • Build data governance and data integrity processes and playbooks
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce and Amazon analytics to ensure ZAGG remains competitive and effective
