As the leader of our high-performing team of four data analysts, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way we leverage data to make bold, strategic decisions that push our games and business to the next level. Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 data analysts, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement data instrumentation and maintain high data quality.
  • Partner with game development and product management teams to identify strategic opportunities for our first-party games and business, using data-driven insights and metrics to guide execution.
  • Build and monitor predictive models that will help daily Product, User Acquisition and Monetization decisions.
  • Design and implement machine learning models to enhance decision-making and business strategies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights
  • Optimize data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineers
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across analytics projects
  • Work with tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks, and Tableau

5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Strong experience with machine learning models and deployment in production environments
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Experience working with big data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills – ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of experimental design, A/B testing techniques and player segmentation
  • Games industry experience with a strong understanding of the game and player market
  • Deep knowledge of game monetization, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
  • Experience in Product Data Science, including areas such as churn, LTV and ROAS prediction and lifetime value (LTV) analysis
