About the Role: As Head of Analytics Transformation, you will define and execute TEG’s advanced analytics strategy and roadmap. You will partner with senior leadership to identify high-impact use cases and oversee the end-to-end delivery of data products. This pivotal role drives our multi-phase transformation, requiring a blend of strategic vision and expert stakeholder management. What does a day in the life look like? Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior executives and stakeholders to define high-impact analytics initiatives aligned to commercial objectives. Translate strategic priorities into measurable use cases with clear ROI and value realization pathways. Enterprise Analytics Leadership: Own the end-to-end analytics ecosystem—including BI, forecasting, and optimization—ensuring solutions are scalable, governed, and embedded into operational workflows. Portfolio & Delivery Oversight: Lead a portfolio of analytics initiatives, establishing prioritization frameworks, delivery roadmaps, and governance structures. Ensure disciplined execution, adoption, and measurable business impact. Data Product Ownership: Drive the development of reusable analytics assets and decision-support tools that shift analytics from insight generation to operational enablement. Stakeholder Counselling: Form deep counselling relationships with stakeholders across all ranks to influence the buy-in and practical application of advanced analytics. Executive Influence & Story Telling: Provide trusted advisory to leadership, translating complex analytics into compelling commercial narratives that articulate problem framing, quantified impact, and recommended actions. About you Essential experience and skills 10+ years of experience in analytics consulting or delivery roles, with a proven track record of commercially successful, project-led outcomes. Extensive experience in analytics, data science, or consulting within consumer0facing or large enterprise environments such as media, entertainment, or retail. Possess deep expertise across CDPs, CRM, marketing automation, and paid media ecosystems, including platforms like Salesforce, Tealium, Braze, and Google Marketing Platform. Strong command of enterprise BI and semantic modelling platforms, such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Looker, to drive decision intelligence. Strong project management experience with a history of delivering high-profile analytics products that achieve measurable commercial outcomes. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems concisely through high-quality narratives and executive-ready slide packs. A passion for leading cross-functional teams and building inclusive, pragmatics cultures rooted in strong internal and external partnerships. Broad knowledge across data domains, including AI and Machine Learning, paired with a relevant tertiary qualification; a MBA or postgraduate degree is highly regarded.
