Description

The Opportunity: Responsible for managing and coordinating new chemistry, materials, technology and application development projects to facilitate the use of current and new products at existing/ potential customers. Manage and conduct experimental studies to generate data and new product from idea though development and commercialization. Provide the technical and application support to the products used in bioprocessing. Identify technical/scientific opportunities and initiate/ guide the necessary activities to translate insights into specific market-oriented innovation programs. Partner with the field application and account managers on these programs and supports technical interactions with customers to close sales for new products and gain acceptance of new technologies. Manage a large team within a complex discipline or department, comprised of intermediate/experienced professionals.
