Job Description INTERNAL PERSONNEL APPLICATION ONLY As Head of Application Engineering, you will be at the forefront of driving strategy, growth, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering exceptional results, and influencing the direction of a dynamic organization Define and lead strategic and continuous improvement actions locally shaping culture and performance tracking and improvement. Manage project escalations, support structured problem-solving activities defining support required from other areas outside R&D and coordinating any required support. Lead teams, defining training and development plans based on current and future projects and business needs. Remove roadblocks and support project team execution. Team staffing, administration, and controlling/ budgets definition. Ensure all HR forms and procedures are completed/followed accurately and on time. Ensure hours booking of team is completed accurately and on time. Responsible of ensuring Budget/Forecast adherence in full alignment with regional P&L needs discussed and aligned with R&D N.A. Ensure a "business and customer driven" mindset within the organization under his/her control. Focusing on Customer Project deliverables, efficiency of tasks and effective cost management. Ensure all activities of the team have BA ACM and it's business as a sole focus. Actively and strategically manage local, regional and global stakeholders for the benefit of the team and BA ACM. If the selected candidate is based in Guadalajara, they must be available to travel during the consolidation of the locations. Candidates based in Querétaro must be willing to relocate. Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Engineering degree, or related field. Minimum 5 years leading leaders in R&D or BU functions . 5+ years of experience in R&D Management discipline experience. Proficiency MS office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).. Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and traditional approaches. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Experience in developing and tracking KPIs to improve processes and project performance. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multi disciplinary teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining project documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven track of successful stakeholder management inside and outside his/her organization for achieving team's success. Strategic mindset and the capability to jump in and out of the regular operation based on present and future team and business needs.
