This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Memphis, TN, McLean, VA, or New York, NY

IT WOULD BE USEFUL IN THIS POSITION FOR YOU TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES AND DISTINCTIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Advanced degree in Architecture or Business.
  • Seven (7) years of in-depth experience in complex Full Service or Luxury brand design and construction.
Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL ALSO INCLUDE:

  • Lead a team to oversee hotel designs, in collaboration with Brand teams, owners, and external designers, that align to each Luxury and Lifestyle’s brand aspiration and design narrative.
  • Lead a team that oversees and manages construction and renovation project management for all Luxury and Lifestyle hotel projects.
  • Develop a team of exceptional interior designers and project managers that are passionate about assisting owners in constructing the best Luxury & Lifestyle hotel properties in the region.
  • Oversee and provide ongoing guidance to team members to ensure timely openings and renovations of Luxury & Lifestyle units, adhering to brand standards.

TO FULFILL THIS ROLE SUCCESSFULLY, YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ten (10) years of Hospitality Architecture, Design and/or Construction experience.
  • Ten (10) years Managerial, Supervisory or Project Management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Architecture, Design and Construction industry especially as it relates to the Hospitality Industry.
  • Travel domestically as required.
