  • Completed technical training (e.g., master, technician, or engineer in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a comparable field).
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, ideally with leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of process optimization methods (KVP, 5S, Lean Management).
  • High sense of responsibility as well as a structured and independent working style.
  • Assertive and communicative personality.
  • Strong focus on quality and cost awareness.
  • Experience in personnel and resource planning is an advantage.
  • Confident appearance as well as strong organizational and team skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines and costs as well as compliance with the required manufacturing quality in assembly.
  • Optimization and efficiency improvement of workflows and processes within the department (KVP, 5S, etc.).
  • Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of goals and key performance indicators.
  • Supervising the compliance with defined processes and procedures.
  • Point of contact for internal and external audits.
  • Promoting the flow of information within the department and between departments (AL meetings, team meetings, etc.).
  • Point of contact for technical and planning-related inquiries from work preparation and design.
  • Conducting employee discussions and supporting the development of team leaders in the department.
  • Ensuring occupational safety within the department.
  • Capacity balancing between departments.
