Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will lead a team to drive a globally aligned, locally relevant, and impact-driven asset learning strategy. Acting as a key integrator, you will ensure strong connectivity between asset learning, stakeholder learning, and patient impact priorities. Your focus will be on shaping innovative, digital-first learning solutions, enhancing modular content creation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, Access, and regional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, agility, and collaboration while ensuring asset learning aligns with business priorities and patient impact goals.
  • Oversee global asset learning strategies, ensuring consistency across global, regional, and local levels while enabling flexibility for market-specific adaptations.
  • Drive digital learning transformation, leveraging AI-driven automation and data insights to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and impact across global learning platforms.
  • Streamline content creation and approval processes, implementing scalable solutions to improve learning efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize resource utilization and ensure alignment between asset learning, commercial, and medical learning teams.
  • Embed change management, continuous improvement, and cultural evolution into the asset learning framework to enhance long-term learning impact.

  • Strong track record in managing global teams, aligning cross-functional priorities, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in digital learning transformation, AI-driven automation, and modular content design, ensuring scalable, flexible, and technology-driven learning solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, execute efficiently, and integrate global-to-local learning strategies for business and patient impact.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment across functions and geographies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in learning, organizational development, or digital learning innovation.
