The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Councils Housing Asset Management Strategy and Investment Plans, ensuring legislative and regulatory property compliance with regards to the Housing Regulatory Standards, Building Safety Act and Statutory Health and Safety Requirements. They will be the responsible officer for Building and Fire Safety, ensuring all suitable inspections, processes, reporting and mitigations are in place. To be responsible for the delivery of carbon reduction works with in the Council’s properties including funding bids and delivery programmes.
