About the job Aula Energy is building a portfolio of solar, wind and battery assets that will power the clean energy future. As we transition from developer to long-term owner, we are looking for a Head of Asset Management to establish and lead our enterprise asset ownership capability. This is not a site operations role. This is a portfolio leadership role at the centre of investment, performance, risk, data, and commercial governance. You will define how Aula acts as a disciplined, intelligent asset owner while working through specialist operating partners. What You’ll Do Translate investment objectives into asset performance and lifecycle value strategies Establish ISO 55000 aligned owner governance and assurance frameworks Lead performance and commercial stewardship of outsourced operators Build portfolio-wide performance insight, data integrity and predictive analytics Align operational performance to financial models, valuation inputs and lender expectations Integrate newly acquired assets into scalable management frameworks Provide asset performance leadership to executives, Board and external stakeholders Who You Are and What You Bring Experience in asset management, infrastructure, utilities or energy portfolios Strong understanding of lifecycle economics, O&M contracting and risk environments Experience governing outsourced operators and high-stakes external relationships Financial fluency and ability to connect operational performance to valuation and investment outcomes What We Offer Join a dynamic, collaborative team making a real difference in Australia’s energy transition - and play a role in shaping the people, culture, and capability that will drive our future.
