Key Accountabilities Successful disposal of assets in possession or receivership to ensure maximum value is realised. Support prepossession cases increasing the possibility of a borrower being able to exit without the need for repossessions procedures. Provide Servicing with specialist property advice on complex assets. Feedback into the business primarily to Valuation teams about trends and issues that assists drive business risk appetite. Provide training to other departments to help up-skill staff to make sensible lending decisions. Create a division with sufficient resources to scale up when the business requires. Work closely with Head of Valuation to ensure that we avoid a key man dependency risk for either department Skills & Competencies Ability to analyse and present complex information in a clear, relevant and interesting way Fully competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and negotiation skills both in written and verbal format Can think logically and coherently in order to be able to effectively approach and solve problems that arise. Able to work as a part of a team. Knowledge & Qualifications Knowledge of property or property sales and have a working knowledge of carrying out loan security valuations and/ or Asset Management Personal Attributes Able to work in pressurised environment and manage priorities effectively. Articulate Flexible Approachable Have a pro-active approach and self-motivated
