Are you an experienced asset management professional looking to make a real difference? We’re seeking a Head of Asset Management to lead the strategic and operational management of our properties, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and sustainable for the future.
Qualitas Housing is a small but ambitious housing provider that has seen recent rapid growth; specialising in supported and specialist housing. Our residents include people with diverse and sometimes challenging and chaotic needs, and we are committed to providing high-quality homes that promote safety, dignity, and independence.
As Head of Asset Management, you will:
· Lead our Asset Management Strategy and long-term investment planning.
· Oversee responsive repairs, planned and cyclical works, and statutory compliance.
· Ensure all homes are maintained to high standards, meeting the needs of residents in supported housing.
· Champion sustainability, energy efficiency, and accessibility across our portfolio.
· Build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, contractors, and partners, including local authorities and support providers.
· Lead and develop a small, dedicated team, fostering a culture of professionalism and customer focus.
We are looking for someone with:
· Proven leadership experience in asset management, ideally within housing.
· Strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety, and housing regulation.
· Experience of managing repairs, maintenance, and investment programmes.
· Ideally a track record of working with supported or specialist housing (including adaptations and accessibility).
· Excellent people, financial, and contract management skills.
· The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
The post holder will be a professionally qualified surveyor (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB).

Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
