Kā pūkeka me kā wheako | Your skills and experience • Demonstrated experience in Asset Management, optimising asset performance and long-term planning across varied asset types and stages of maturity. • Experience managing complex, multi site or infrastructure asset portfolios, such as those found in the tertiary, health or government sectors. • Ability to translate asset data and analysis into clear, strategic advice for senior decision makers. • Demonstrated leadership and management of staff in a property related role. • Experience of property management functions in a large property portfolio.
