Working closely with diverse colleagues and cross-functional partners, you will contribute to impactful messaging, stakeholder engagement, and the adoption of digital and AI-driven tools. Develop and implement an integrated communication framework that reflects ATV's strategy and overarching narrative for the Automotive segment Develop and own overarching storylines on key ATV topics, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels, both internal and external Implement and refine qualitative and sustainable messaging approaches, leveraging analytics to maximize communication impact and value Execute tailored communication activities on priority topics and channels, ensuring messages resonate with internal platforms (e.g., AHM, Intranet, SPIRIT culture initiatives) and support external efforts (e.g., corporate campaigns, media, executive speeches) Provide, manage, and continually enhance the skills of your team, as well as the technologies and tools needed to scale communication efforts and deepen stakeholder engagement As a Director of ATV Communications, you are personally committed to the customer's concerns and award them a high priority. Furthermore, you weigh up opportunities and risks carefully. Lastly, you know how to make use of your and your team's potential (and/or capacity) and motivate yourself and others to achieve top results and performances. Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred Proven experience in strategic marketing, branding, or communication roles within the technology industry or related sectors, ideally at the C-Level Shown yourself as a strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and leader who can research, plan, design, and drive the development and execution of communication strategies that support Infineon's vision, mission, and business objectives across diverse internal and external target groups and channels Provided strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication matters, including reputation management, change management, and crisis communication, and driven thought leadership initiatives by identifying opportunities to position the company and its leaders as industry experts through speaking engagements, media relations, and other relevant platforms Strong leadership skills, taking accountability for team performance, making timely decisions, managing resources efficiently, and inspiring and mentoring a diverse, high-performing team. Led and steered external agencies when needed Collaborated confidently and authoritatively with cross-functional teams, drawing from experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, inclusive, authentic, and impactful narratives for a variety of internal and external audiences. Oversaw the creation of branded content, including targeted messaging and visual assets that effectively convey Infineon's goals Implemented, monitored, and analyzed communication performance metrics to continuously improve strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the organization and stakeholders Familiarity with business skills such as budgeting, forecasting, and business justification, as well as the ability to develop and implement plans to achieve set goals Deep understanding of digital communication tools and platforms, social media trends, and AI technologies to digitalize and scale your area of responsibility and enhance stakeholder engagement The ATV division is shaping the future of mobility by enabling clean, safe, and smart cars.
