In this role, you will lead the development and management of enterprise-wide automation and business systems, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex automation workflows and AI-powered processes, driving accuracy and reliability across multiple business functions. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, integrating ERP and external systems, and proactively monitoring system performance. You will lead a team of engineers, set technical standards, and ensure the scalability and resilience of automation pipelines.
