ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

This is an opportunity to take on one of the most exciting leadership roles in UK telecoms. As Head of B2B Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Hyperoptic’s business division during a time of rapid expansion and transformation.
You’ll lead our high-performing telesales, field sales and account management teams, delivering meaningful impact in a competitive and fast-paced market. This is a highly visible and commercially strategic role where you will be responsible for expanding our B2B customer base, increasing revenue and building a best-in-class sales culture.
Your success will come from a proven ability to lead through others, coaching and inspiring high-performing teams, building and scaling channel partnerships and ensuring Hyperoptic is positioned as the provider of choice in the UK B2B connectivity space.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Drive growth and performance: Lead a high-energy sales culture, setting ambitious targets and delivering strong B2B revenue and subscriber growth across telesales, field sales and account management.
  • Expand market presence: Strengthen Hyperoptic’s profile in the business telecoms sector through thought leadership, partnerships, and a competitive go-to-market approach.
  • Channel and partner development: Build and manage strategic relationships with resellers, aggregators and wholesale partners to unlock new revenue streams and scale growth.
  • Operational excellence: Translate strategy into action by evolving team structures, refining processes, and embedding data-driven performance management to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Team leadership & development: Inspire, coach, and develop individuals to maximise potential and performance, creating a culture of accountability, ambition and continuous improvement.
  • Market and performance insight: Conduct ongoing market analysis and competitor benchmarking, using insights to shape product propositions, refine sales tactics and ensure Hyperoptic remains competitive.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Infrastructure and wider Commercial teams to align strategy, ensure operational delivery, and achieve collective business objectives.
  • Customer focus: Oversee acquisition, retention, and account growth, ensuring customers receive exceptional service that drives loyalty and long-term value.
