Responsibilities
  • Lead the BDR team in generating outbound leads and qualified meetings
  • Define outbound strategies, cadences, and outreach methods for targeted accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and territories
  • Monitor performance against KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates)
  • Provide ongoing training, role-playing, and feedback to enhance team capabilities
  • Experiment with new channels and tools (LinkedIn, sales automation, etc.)
  • Coordinate with RevOps to optimize tools, data, and reportin
