KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

· Personally drive acquisition of top-tier clients (contractors, architects, infrastructure operators).
· Build strong stakeholder relationships at technical, procurement, and C-level.
· Oversee bid strategy, pricing, and client success for large framework agreements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience in technical/B2B sales in the AEC/BIM sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Proven success in managing regional sales teams and complex enterprise deals.
· Deep familiarity with BIM workflows, software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD), and Scan-to-BIM processes.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

· Fluent in English; additional major European language preferred.
· Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and commercial acumen; comfortable with pricing and margin analysis.
· Ability to travel regularly and work across diverse cultures and client types.
· Strategic mindset with execution excellence.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

Lead and grow PalniES’s BIM services sales footprint across Europe, focusing on Scan-to-BIM, Structural & MEP modeling, and as-built digital modeling solutions. Own the strategy, pipeline development, team leadership, and high-value client acquisition for long-term, recurring relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Sales Leadership
· Develop and implement European BIM go-to-market plan aligned with corporate targets.
· Identify priority verticals (e.g., healthcare, commercial, infrastructure) and define value propositions.
· Set sales targets, review funnel health, and lead forecasting with precision.
