About this Opportunity Ericsson is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of SL BOS TIM Group Infra & MVNOs for Customer Unit (CU) South Europe & Eurasia (SEE) to lead Pre-Sales and Delivery Engagements for the CU. In this role, you will be the primary partner for the CU, overseeing all BSS/OSS and MSIT/ADM solutioning and delivery activities. You will ensure excellence in delivery, adherence to best practices, quality mandates, profitability targets, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with CU CSS Heads, Service Delivery Teams and CSS Operations, acting as the single point of contact for the SL BOS in CU South Europe & Eurasia TIM Group Infra & MVNOs. You will orchestrate the fulfilment and delivery of all projects in line with the delivery model, scale, and skills within Delivery Excellence and Service Delivery Units (SDU), ensuring full adherence to Ericsson’s processes, tools, and methods. This position reports to the Head of SL BOS CU South Europe & Eurasia for MEMA and is part of the MEMA BOS SL and CU CSS SEE Leadership Teams. The role is open in Italy, with final location determined within the CU South Europe & Eurasia (SEE) responsibility and MEMA. Key Responsibilities Lead Program Directors, Project Managers, Lead Solution Architects, System Integrators, Software Developers, and ADM/Operations Engineers focused on CU Pre-Sales and Delivery. Serve as the Single Point of Contact / Escalation for all BOS Pre-Sales and Delivery matters within the CU. Ensure full accountability for Solutioning Quality and Delivery Excellence across BOS Opportunities, Programs, and Projects. Oversee Project Governance, ensuring adherence to tools, processes, methods, and quality mandates, including: Delivery Model Compliance, Asset Usage Optimization, FAS & PCODE Reporting, Change Control, L0–L3 Governance, Cost of Poor-Quality Tracking, Project Delays/Issues, Lessons Learned, and Knowledge Reuse. Drive On-Time, On-Budget, and High-Quality Delivery Targets, ensuring Scope, Cost, Quality, and Automation Objectives are met. Manage Financial and Resource Planning, including Quarterly/Yearly Forecasts, Demand/Fulfilment alignment, and Financial Landing in coordination with CU CSS. Review and approve Solution Artifacts during Pre-Sales to ensure compliance with Solutioning Guidelines, Cost Benchmarks, and Delivery Model Standards. Monitor Market Dynamics, Competitor Positioning, and Customer Needs to influence Solution Roadmaps and Portfolio relevance. Ensure Live Node Activity (LNA) adherence, Quality mandates, Closure of Project CSRs, and timely delivery of CPEs with accountability for Customer Satisfaction. Collaborate with Delivery Excellence Teams and BOS Solution Areas to address and get a resolution for Technical Issues, enhance Solutioning Quality, and Support Large-Scale Program Delivery. Drive pro-active farming and installed base Monetization, defining Value Propositions and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value. Champion Compliance and the application of Detailed Application Guidelines (DAG). Adhere to MEMA DRIVE Strategy Principles with regards to Customer-Centric Approach and Intimacy, Embrace Change and Drive Growth in the BOS Domain. Set Individual Performance and Development Goals for Team Members driving their Development. Monitor their Progress and Implement Performance Improvement Plans as needed. Identify, nurture and develop Youngs Talents within the Team. Likewise, irradiate Team’s Experienced Experts influence fostering their leadership and technical acumen across. Serve as Cost Centre Owner, becoming Direct Accountable for Utilization, Billability, and Over-Absorption Targets. Foster a Knowledge-Sharing Culture, build reusable Delivery Assets, and drive Cross -Innovation Practices making use of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD & Pipeline Methodologies, Agentic AI, amongst others. Promote a “One Team” Culture across Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Delivery Planning and Execution, Operations and Strategic Initiatives. Act as a Role Model for Ericsson’s Values and Leadership Principles, demonstrating Integrity, Collaboration, Speak-Up Culture and Excellence. Required Qualifications & Skills 10–15+ Years of Experience in Telecom Project Management, Pre-Sales, Systems Integration, and solid Delivery Leadership. University Degree in Engineering/ICT; MBA or Advanced Degree is a Plus. Proven Experience Leading and Inspiring Senior Teams and Leaders across Matrixed, Multi-Cultural Environments, including Program Directors, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Integration Engineers and Delivery Managers. Strong track-record in BOS Portfolio Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Managing Multiple Large-Scale Programs/Projects. Hands-On Program / Project Director Experience with successful Transformation Deliveries. Deep understanding and knowledge of SDLC Methodologies, Agile Practices, ITOps and Governance Streams. Strong Presentation, Communication, and Collaboration Skills; fluent in English. Broad Technical and Business Understanding in the BOS Domain. Strong Problem-Solving, Can-Do Attitude, Creative Thinking, and Consultative Customer Engagement Skills. Sound Financial Understanding and Experience Managing Budgets and Forecasts.
