Description

We’re looking for a Head of Brand Experience to lead our clients brand experience division and drive serious revenue growth. You’ll own a 5M+ client portfolio, develop new business, and create award-winning experiences that people actually remember.
This isn’t just a creative role, you’ll have full commercial accountability, including forecasting, budgeting, and hitting revenue targets. You’ll also build and maintain the kind of client relationships that keep businesses growing.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12+ years in senior agency, client services, or brand experience roles
  • Proven track record managing 5M+ account portfolios
  • Experience delivering standout creative work (minimum 350K budget projects)
  • Strong background in Experience Design, Brand Strategy, Event Creation, and Audience Planning

COMMERCIAL SKILLS:

  • High commercial acumen with pipeline and margin management experience
  • Ability to develop complex event budgets and maintain profitability
  • Track record of business development and revenue growth

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

  • Deep understanding of production processes and third-party requirements
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and innovative event solutions
  • Understanding of the Irish events market, suppliers, and vendors
