We're seeking an exceptional Head of Brand to join them for their next phase of growth, which includes expanding the product range, entering key international markets, and scaling their online business. Job Context Brand Marketing is integral to the brand's identity, demonstrated through award-winning campaigns. Their new phase involves supporting high-growth retail and online sectors, splitting our marketing into Brand Marketing and Growth Marketing. This role will focus on leading Brand Marketing Strategy, collaborating closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. Passion for TikTok and its potential as a marketing channel is a plus. What you'll do: Brand Strategy: Evolve the brand's positioning and creative direction across retail and D2C channels. Content Factory: Lead the content efforts to enhance brand awareness and engagement. International Launch Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies for international expansion. Affiliates & Partnerships: Shape and manage affiliate marketing strategies. Community Management: Engage and inspire their community, energising them to improve daily. Who you are: Experienced in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or D2C brands. Strategic and creative thinker capable of both planning and execution. Master storyteller with a knack for humor and connecting authentically with audiences. Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally. Comfortable navigating commercial objectives alongside long-term brand growth. Energised by fast-paced environments and brand scaling. Why apply?
