We are looking for a passionate, ambitious marketer to lead one of our brand teams at General Mills. We are looking for a strong brand builder and business leader to take us to the next level of growth in our markets.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Brand, you will proactively lead ‘Plan for Growth’ across all levers, considering global strategies & local needs, working collaboratively with global teams to influence their strategy definition & deliverables, to execute remarkable brand-building campaigns.
Lead the planning & delivery of annual targets and refine the current business model to create value for all stakeholders, by being the voice of your consumers & shoppers and engaging the trade externally to engender their belief in our brands, plans and drive AGS.
You will shape & own the outcomes of the monthly business planning cycle, including long-term forecast outlook, leading your reports & the broad cross-functional team in achieving the plan.
The Head of Brand contributes towards the broader marketing culture by being part of the marketing leadership team.
