Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Brand & Marketing to join our dynamic, fast-paced, ASX listed organisation!

Responsibilities

The Head of Brand & Marketing will lead a dynamic team, delivering the full suite of brand, marketing, campaign and comms capabilities required to ensure Cuscal’s brand awareness and customer growth in Australia.

Here’s more of what you’ll work on:

  • As a key member of the Client Growth & Strategy Senior Leadership Team, contribute to the growth of Cuscal through organic and inorganic opportunities.
  • Deliver and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that build brand cut-through and awareness for Cuscal and our capabilities, products and solutions in our targeted segments.
  • Leverage client and business data to support insights and decision-making both within the Brand & Marketing function and within the Client, Growth & Strategy division.
  • Own and deliver the Voice of Customer program for the organisation, reporting the key Composite Client Satisfaction Index and associated insights to the Executive Leadership Team and Board on an annual basis.
  • Develop metrics, targets and dashboards for monitoring brand and reputation health, performance and progress.
  • Deepen client engagement across all product areas to enable revenue growth.
  • Develop and roll out communications strategies (product, corporate and client) that are tightly aligned to Cuscal’s 5-year strategy.
  • Execute the launch of new products and solutions alongside the Domain Leads to educate current and potential clients and enable the achievement of business goals and growth targets.
