Elevate organic social media as a key pillar of the communications strategy. Build a social-first content strategy focusing on company priorities and customer achievements. Manage and mentor the brand and social team while fostering collaboration. Requirements 10+ years of leading corporate brand strategy and organic social media programs. Demonstrated ability to reposition a brand and drive measurable improvements. Strong track record of building business cases for brand investment and securing budgets. Experience developing a 12-month editorial calendar and creating compelling content. Ability to balance program direction with hands-on creative execution.
