The opportunity:
Our Marketing, Customer & Digital team are going through a period of exciting change, and a new opportunity now exists for a Head of Brand Strategy to join our team.
We are searching for a highly enthusiastic individual to contribute to an energetic team who are building a collaborative and high-performance culture and who are truly connected to our purpose of helping people embrace Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
This is more than a senior leadership role. It’s your opportunity to shape a brand that truly makes a difference in our customer’s lives. As the Head of Brand Strategy, you will take on board the senior stakeholder feedback to build and execute powerful brand strategies that amplify our purpose, drives brand awareness and positions AIA as leading Life, Health and Wellbeing insurer.
Working closely with our General Manager Marketing, Customer & Digital, as well as the Chief Marketing and Propositions Officer, the CEO and executive leadership team, you will drive the direction, development and consistent delivery of AIA’s brand campaigns, which integrate across our customer and channel marketing plans.
