ENGINEERING/FACILITIES QUALIFICATION (LEVEL 7 OR ABOVE).

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a highly regulated multinational environment.
• Expertise in Building Fabric Maintenance, with a focus on reliability, asset management, and compliance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive performance and change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office, with a track record of managing maintenance workflows.

• Lead and manage maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are processed in the CMMS and KPI targets are met.
• Implement and oversee best practice Building Fabric Maintenance (BFM) strategies to maintain compliance and minimize operational disruptions.
• Supervise a team of Building Leads, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and financial planning for facilities services.
• Conduct safety audits and promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring regulatory and GMP compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain accurate asset data to support long-term facility planning and decision-making.
• Act as a key liaison between Sodexo and the client, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
