Teddington School is seeking an exceptional leader to join our highly successful team as Head of Business and Computing. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the strategic direction of these key subject areas within our school.

As Head of Business and Computing, you will:

• Ensure excellent standards of teaching and learning across the subject
• Take responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self-evaluation and the improvement plan
• Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions
• Develop the curriculum, schemes of work and assessment at all key stages
• Create and share high-quality resources, promoting collaborative planning
• Visit lessons and conduct formal observations across the department
• Provide CPD opportunities for staff, including leading training as appropriate
• Undertake performance management of department colleagues
