Description:
Oung Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Business Development & Sales to lead and drive our sales and revenue growth. This high-impact role requires an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the healthcare sector and a strategic mindset to align business objectives with sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare sales , with at least 10 years in managerial roles .
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing; an MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and driving strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and drive team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to drive exceptional performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the healthcare sector.
- Oversee the formulation of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Manage and deliver revenue targets, with a minimum expectation of S$5 billion annually.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and market demands.
