This high-impact role requires an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the healthcare sector and a strategic mindset to align business objectives with sales strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare sales , with at least 10 years in managerial roles .
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and driving strategic sales initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and drive team performance.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to drive exceptional performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the healthcare sector.
  • Oversee the formulation of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.
