Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and leading the charge to win high-value contracts—particularly in the private sector and public procurement space.
You’ll work closely with our tender writer, technical team, and executive leadership to position BeMa as a trusted technology partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive new business and revenue growth.
  • Identify target markets and generate qualified leads through proactive outreach.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to contract close.
  • Collaborate with the tender writer on competitive bids, frameworks, and RFPs.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of enterprise and public sector opportunities.
  • Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and trust-building.
  • Track KPIs, sales targets, and deal progress using CRM tools.
  • Represent BeMa at networking events, expos, and client meetings.
