YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead our Danish division in Copenhagen toward continued growth and success. You will be responsible for shaping your strategy, driving commercial excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the natural ability to build trust and connection with people. You are also extremely driven, hands-on and with the ability to inspire a high-performing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and implement your sales strategy
• Build out the lead marketing machine
• Drive sales and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets
• Once you have hit certain sales targets you will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading a top notch sales team
• Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organisation
• Follow KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve results
• Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
• Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc
• Work closely and in collaboration with other managers
• Report into the CEO.
