THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

We are looking for someone who:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic product sales in an international environment for recognized brands
  • High level of English (C1); and another European language would be beneficial
  • Availability to travel frequently
  • High responsibility and autonomy in project management, results orientation and focus on meeting business goals
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for implementing international busienss development strategies in alignment with the Commercial Strategy, with the guidance of the Business Areas, to meet and exceed sales targets.

You would also:

  • Explore sales opportunities for Digital & Access Solutions products in new channels and customers and develop the necessary actions to grow the business in both customers and prescribers in an international environment
  • Identify new market potentials and opportunity in collaboration with regional stakeholders
  • Develop strategic launch plans across EMEIA for new products within the eStrikes & Egress product category
  • Ensure achievement of sales & growth targets for the Product Unit eStrikes & Egress
  • Conduct international sales visits to business areas and/or customers to understand their needs, assess the market reality and detect new business opportunities, to offer the company’s products and services and maximize sales
  • Gather and consolidate requirements from the regions
  • Prepare activity and visit reports, providing timely information about each client. Also, generate market analysis reports, including trends, competition, products, prices, etc., to adjust commercial strategies to market needs
  • Develop Intra-trade business and support in the E2E market pricing process considering competitive environment and product strategy
  • Provide technical advice and training to international customers on the performance of products, highlighting their features, benefits and applications to ensure in-depth knowledge and correct implementation
