Description
We are conducting a confidential search for a senior Head of Business Development to lead and scale Introducing Broker (IB) partnerships for an international Forex / FX trading organisation. This role is focused on revenue growth through IB networks, strategic partner development, and long-term market expansion. It combines hands-on business development with leadership responsibility and acts as a senior commercial representative of the business across international markets. ⚠️ This role is intended for candidates with direct Forex IB experience. Responsibilities Define and execute the global business development strategy with a strong focus on Introducing Brokers Identify, onboard, and grow high-value IB partners across multiple regions Lead negotiations, onboarding processes, and ongoing management of IB agreements and commercial terms Monitor partner performance, define KPIs, and drive continuous revenue optimisation Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to deliver tailored partner solutions Assess new market opportunities and recommend strategic expansion initiatives Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings Lead, mentor, and scale a Business Development / IB Management team Provide senior management with clear reporting on pipelines, performance, and market trends Ensure all partnership activity aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements across jurisdictions Requirements Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field Fluent English (C1+), written and spoken Minimum 8 years’ experience in Business Development, IB Management, or Partnership roles within Forex / FX, brokerage, or trading platforms Proven track record managing and growing Introducing Broker networks Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, equities, and derivative products Demonstrated experience leading international or multi-location teams Excellent negotiation, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills Commercially driven with a strategic, analytical mindset Willingness to travel internationally and operate across time zones Additional languages are a strong advantage Benefits Senior commercial leadership role with international scope High level of ownership over IB strategy and revenue growth Exposure to executive leadership and global decision-making Structured support for professional development Collaborative, performance-driven environment with long-term growth potential DE&I We value diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
