This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and executing commercial strategies to scale the organisation. Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and onboard independent hotels and property partners • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets • Present tailored business solutions and value propositions to potential partners • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational execution • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects • Willingness to travel within assigned territories • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Preferred Qualifications • Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or property-related industries • Existing network with hotel or property partners • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Key Competencies • Commercial Acumen • Relationship Management • Negotiation & Influencing Skills • Strategic Thinking • Execution & Results-Driven Mindset
